Trabzonspor fight back to hold Eyüpspor

The clash between Eyüpspor and Trabzonspor was a finely balanced contest, with neither side able to pull away. The home team went ahead through Durukan İlter, but Trabzonspor hit back with a goal from Bahadir Battal, set up by Ali Mercimek, to level the score and leave with a draw.

Durukan İlter, who scored for Eyüpspor, was their brightest attacking outlet. For Trabzonspor, Bahadir Battal made the direct impact on the scoreboard, while Ali Mercimek stood out as the player linking play in midfield. One of the most eye-catching performances of the match also came from Kadir Gunduz; his interventions in Trabzonspor’s defence were crucial in keeping them in the game, and he was named man of the match.

Neither side managed to build sustained pressure or find a rhythm that would let them take control for long periods. Eyüpspor’s limited shooting and Trabzonspor’s low passing volume prevented the match from swinging decisively in either direction. With this draw, Eyüpspor move up to second place, while Trabzonspor continue to add to their points tally.
