These Terms of Use apply to every page of the site and to all functionality offered on it. Ateş Spor Organizasyon reserves the right to amend the terms; continuing to use the site means the updated terms are accepted.

2. Purpose of the Site

The site is informational: it provides league news, fixtures, standings, player and club statistics, and a press archive. No visitor accounts are created and nothing is sold through the site. League registration, squad submissions and disciplinary procedures are handled through a separate administration panel and fall outside these terms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The texts, images, design and compiled data on this site belong to Ateş Spor Organizasyon or to the respective rights holders and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited. Club crests, team names and logos belong to the respective clubs; "EA SPORTS FC" and related marks belong to Electronic Arts Inc. and are used on this site for identification purposes only. The site is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Electronic Arts Inc.

4. AI Content

Some of the content on the site is created using artificial intelligence and image-generation services and is reviewed by the league management before publication. However, this content may still contain errors. The binding source for match results, league tables and statistics is the league's official records. The jersey portraits are images generated from the player's own photograph with the player's express consent, and are not real photographs. 5. Press Archive

The "In the Press" page consists of references to content published by third-party news outlets. Each entry names the source publication and links to the original article; quotations are kept within the limits of permitted citation and copyright in the article remains with the publisher. Rights holders wishing to have an item removed or corrected may write to info@tefligi.com; justified requests are acted on without delay.

6. Match Prediction Poll

The prediction poll on match pages exists purely for entertainment and community participation. It is not betting, gambling or a game of chance; participation is free, no money or prize is involved, and no responsibility is accepted for any use of the results for betting purposes. Voting is anonymous and open only before kick-off. Attempting to influence results with automated tools or multiple identities is prohibited and such votes may be removed.

7. User Obligations

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, send automated requests at a volume that disrupts its operation, bulk-copy content without permission, or send harmful, defamatory or misleading messages through the contact form. Ateş Spor Organizasyon reserves the right to block access for anyone who breaches these rules.

8. Disclaimer

Care is taken to keep the information on the site accurate and current. Match statistics are pulled automatically from the VPG and EA Sports systems; Ateş Spor Organizasyon cannot be held liable for errors, delays or omissions originating from those sources. The official result is the one declared by the league's decision-making bodies. No guarantee is given that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free; access may pause temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical faults.

9. External Links

The site contains links to external websites, including news sources and social media accounts. As we have no control over those sites, no responsibility is accepted for their content or privacy practices.

10. Personal Data

What data is processed when you use the site, which cookies are used, and your rights under the KVKK are set out in detail on the Privacy Policy page. These terms are to be read together with that policy.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the site.
