Baran Öztürkçe’s contribution on the scoresheet also showed the visitors were not prepared to back down. With this draw, Gaziantep FK moved up from 10th to 7th place, while Antalyaspor remained in the lower half of the table.
The contrast in form was also clear from recent results, with Antalyaspor having lost 3-1 to Eyüpspor in their previous match, while Gaziantep FK arrived on the back of a 5-0 win over Kasımpaşa.
