Eyüpspor edge Başakşehir to extend winning run

Eyüpspor claimed a controlled and disciplined 1-0 win over Rams Başaksehir FK in the fourth round of TEFL. The home side stayed organised at the back throughout and held on to the only goal of the game.

The decisive moment came when Taylan Özdemir found the net, with Durukan İlter’s contribution proving the key detail behind the goal that changed the scoreboard. Şeref Topaloğlu also played a major part in Eyüpspor’s three points with a four-save display. Rams Başaksehir FK spent more of the match trying to stay in it than to dominate possession, and they struggled to create clear chances.

With this result, Eyüpspor moved up to 4th place on 9 points, climbing from 5th. Rams Başaksehir FK, meanwhile, were unable to halt their difficult run near the bottom of the table.

Eyüpspor’s defensive shape stood out, particularly in the second half. Rams Başaksehir FK’s attempts to apply pressure came to nothing, while Eyüpspor slowed the game down and managed the lead intelligently. Mapao Puissant was the visitors’ standout performer with a strong rating, but it was not enough to earn a point.
