Late goals keep Fenerbahçe Espor second

Fenerbahçe Espor came through the key moments better than Trabzonspor and left with a 2-1 victory. After a controlled start, the yellow-and-navy side stepped up in the closing stages to claim all three points.

Meriç Yurtsever and Mokhtar Mourad were the scorers for the home side. Stéphane Soares and Nuno Gonçalves, who both provided the assists, helped Fenerbahçe Espor look more fluent in attack. Yurtsever’s impressive display and Mourad’s strong rating were among the standout details of the match.

Fenerbahçe Espor’s 11 interceptions made it difficult for the visitors to build transitions and played a key role in keeping control of the match. With this result, Fenerbahçe Espor held on to second place and moved to 25 points, while Trabzonspor remained in eighth.
