Kocaelispor controlled the game for long spells as they beat Kayserispor 3-1 in the second week of TEFL. The home side created the clearer chances, took all three points, and climbed to fourth place.
The standout performer was Sefa Aydinoz. With two goals to his name, Sefa led Kocaelispor’s attack, while Furkan Aydinoz and Selim Aydinoz each chipped in with an assist. Kocaelispor’s three goals from nine shots also underlined the difference in finishing.
Kayserispor’s only goal came from Alican Özdemir. But despite seeing more of the ball, the visitors lacked the same edge in the final third. Their six saves also reflected the pressure they were under and the dangerous moments Kocaelispor created.
The result gave Kocaelispor their first win of the season, while Kayserispor came away empty-handed from their second match as well.
