Fenerbahçe Espor stay in title chase at Rize

In the clash between Çaykur Rizespor and Fenerbahçe Espor, it was the visitors who did the heavier lifting and looked the sharper side in front of goal. Fenerbahçe Espor took all three points on the road with a 3-1 win, showing greater maturity both in attack and in controlling the game.

The standout performer for Çaykur Rizespor was Eren Kütük. He was one of the few players to hold firm at the back with a 9.4 rating, and his tackles helped prevent the deficit from growing earlier. Even so, the home side lost control of the tempo in a spell where they had less of the ball and created fewer chances.

Fenerbahçe Espor, meanwhile, finished off their attacking moves through three different scorers. Goals from Dharcya Diass, Meriç Yurtsever and Stéphane Soares underlined just how varied a threat they were. The chances created by Nuno Gonçalves and Stifanelli Fabio added to an efficient overall display.

With this win, Fenerbahçe Espor moved on to 33 points and climbed to fourth place. Çaykur Rizespor stayed on the same points total but dropped to fifth on goal difference. Both sides remain tightly packed in the race near the top of the table.
