Samsunspor stay third with 3-0 Konyaspor win

Samsunspor turned their dominance into goals against Konyaspor and came away with a convincing 3-0 win. The home side controlled the game from start to finish, enjoying more of the ball and creating more chances, while Konyaspor struggled to offer much going forward and never found a way back into the contest.

For the red-and-whites, Eray Üreten, Atakan Yılmaz and Ali Berkay Sari were on the scoresheet. Atakan Yılmaz also added an assist to his goal, while Ali Usta contributed with a key pass of his own. For Samsunspor, it was a result that strengthened their place near the top, while Konyaspor ended the week empty-handed once again and remain in the lower half of the table.

Batuhan Alyas made two saves to help preserve a clean sheet, while Samsunspor’s defensive organisation also stood out. The hosts spent more time in the opposition half, limited Konyaspor to just three shots and largely dictated the tempo throughout. It was another clear sign of Samsunspor’s strong recent form.
